IP67 Dust & Water Intrusion, means that the PD605 will continue to work even after being submerged under 1m meter of water for 30 minutes. Voice Activation allows for hands free communication should it be needed.

The PD605 is a professional digital two-way radio from Hytera. This is a high-quality device that is popular for long shift work due to its long battery life and sleek design, weighing just 290g and being just 27mm thick this is an extremely compact radio. Although compact the PD605 is extremely rugged, with an IP67 safety rating. This means that the PD605 is dust tight, alongside also being able to operate after being submerged under 1 meter of water for 30 minutes. The radio comes as standard with a 1500mAh Li-Ion battery which dependent on use will last for up to 14 hours, if long operation is required then a larger 2000mAh battery can be purchased for an additional price.
The Hytera PD605 is packed full of emergency functions to ensure the safety of users in the workplace. An emergency mode raises alarm with top priority to a base station or other radios, with the ability to identify the radio in need so that they can be sought after much quicker. Lone Worker feature measures times of user inactivity, should the timer expire and no response is made by the user an alarm is triggered. With the option for priority interrupt, should a critical message need to be relayed then it can be in times of need, disrupting other communications going on at that point.
The PD605 has a massive 256 channel capacity, spread across 16 zones each with 16 channels. Roaming and IP Site Connect add to the radios list of features, this device is ideal for a number of working environments with many features aiding the workers ability to communicate.

For no extra cost, we supply labels with all of our radios.
Our labels are unique in that they have a space where you can write on them with a sharpie-type permanent marker. You can either use this space to write a radio number or apply a dymo label for example. These labels are 100% free of charge

Hytera Warranty & Extension Options
All Hytera two way radios carry a 24 month return to base (RTB) warranty. Hytera will guarantee you a working radio by offering a repair for a period of two years from the purchase invoice date. The warranty only covers the radio itself and does not cover the battery, antenna or any other consumables or accessories.

Warranty offered is a manufacturer's warranty and is directly with Hytera. However, all warranty claims must be made via Radotronics.
Note: Return to Base (RTB) means that you are responsible for the postage cost to Hytera for a warranty claim. However, Hytera will return the item to you or your dealer free of charge. * Does not include shipping time.
Ofcom Two Way Radio Licence Options
All licensed radios in the UK require a licence issued by Ofcom. But that shouldn't put you off. Radiotronics UK can make the application on your behalf and remove all of the paperwork and or red tape for you. Read more about two way radio licensing.
