Coronavirus (COVID-19) Notice
Radiotronics UK is not directly affected by Coronavirus (COVID-19). Our telephone lines, sales, customer service and warehouse teams are operating as normal. If you need information on Coronavirus, please see the NHS official website.
Large Selection of Products & Rapid Dispatch
Radiotronics UK has one of the largest selections of products with immediate access to a great deal of inventory from all of the major manufacturers. Our rapid and streamlined ordering and dispatch system means we can usually dispatch orders quickly for delivery within 3-5 business days (subject to lead time).
FREE Delivery
As of 1st September 2022, due to the rising cost of fuel our delivery charges have become so expensive, we no longer are able to offer free delivery. Further, we no longer offer any other delivery service than our Standard Delivery (below).
Standard Delivery
Standard delivery is 3-5 days. Nevertheless, all orders are subject to lead time. Contact us to confirm before making any assumptions about delivery timescales.
2022-2023 Component Shortage Issue
Due to the international component shortage issue, there is a shortage of raw materials. That means manufacturers have to use what they can source wisely. Before this component shortage, manufacturers would manufacture far more than they needed to ensure a healthy supply line. However, Radiotronics UK is seeing a pattern of longer and longer lead times on items such as radios.
Whilst no Manufacturer we have spoken to is willing to confirm this, Radiotronics UK suspects that most manufacturers are actually manufacturing to order, to ensure that the raw materials they can source are being used for items that are actually needed; and won't sit on a shelf somewhere. Whilst we understand why they're doing this, it means that "available to order" items can take anywhere between 4 weeks and 26 weeks (yes, 6 months).
This is an unprecedented time. Stock moves so quickly it's advisable to contact us to confirm availability and lead time of any item on this website, regardless of what is written on any product page.

Note: We never guarantee delivery time scales. Even when you select a courier delivery service - next day is not guaranteed. Radiotronics UK does not accept any liability for deliveries which do not arrive when expected.
Frustration-Free Packaging
Radiotronics UK subscribes to Amazon's Frustration-Free Packaging initiative. The idea being that almost all packaging ultimately ends up in the bin. With that in mind, wouldn't it be better if products were supplied with as little packaging as practically possible. This is achieved by one of two ways. Where possible and practical, we ask our suppliers to supply us products with minimal packaging or bulk packed so that there is minimal packaging included in the first place. If that's not possible, we will sometimes repackage items and send the packaging to recycling. Nevertheless which method, the result is that you will receive your goods in a frustration-free packaging with minimal packaging to have to throw away.

Lead Time (Important, Please Read Carefully)
Products that are not in stock may have a lead time. All delivery services and estimates are calculated from the point of dispatch. This is determined by the product lead-time which can be shown on every product page (temporarily removed - contact us for lead time). For example, if a product has a 3 day lead time, this means that the item takes 3 days to arrive with us. Then if you select courier delivery, that is calculated from when we receive it into our warehouse, and in turn, date of dispatch.
Part Dispatch (Part Shipments)
As a general rule, Radiotronics UK does not part dispatch orders. In exceptional circumstances, we may agree to part dispatch, however, multiple delivery charges may apply. Where items directly and or technically depend on each other, it is company policy not to part dispatch.
Dispatch Cut Off Time
Depending on stock lead time (see above), orders placed and, providing your payment has been cleared, by 2pm weekdays will be despatched the same day for delivery within the terms of the delivery service you've selected. Orders placed on weekends (After 2pm Friday through Sunday night) will be processed and despatched the following Monday (excluding bank holidays of course) for delivery within the time scale of the delivery service chosen and paid for.
Mainland UK Options
Standard Delivery: For this service, we use DPD, UK Mail, TNT, DHL or FedEx. This is determined by weight and dimensions, and is typically within 3-5 days. However, this is subject to lead time (see above). Delivery dates are not guaranteed and no compensation will be offered under any circumstances.
Non-Mainland UK (Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands Including Shetland Islands, Northern Ireland): These territories are charged at a premium. Usually around £19.95+VAT for a standard delivery service. Delivery is will take longer to these territories.
Republic of Ireland
We no longer delivery to Ireland.
Jersey & Guernsey
We no longer delivery to Jersey & Guernsey.
Outside the UK / International
We no longer delivery to outside the UK.
Shortfalls & Incorrections
You must advise of shortfalls or incorrections within 24 hours. Incorrect items must be returned within 1 week (a tracking number proving the goods are on their way is usually accepted). We reserve the right to request 14 days to correct shortfalls in the UK, and 30 days to correct shortfalls with international deliveries. After 1 week, shortfall and incorrect claims become invalid.
